I had the chance to work with Rob at the temporary Genesis location. I didn’t buy a car from Genesis, but Rob was super helpful when I came in for a test drive. He was super friendly and easy to talk to. I could ask him as many questions as I wanted. We talked about the cars I was looking into, and he never pressured me to buy one right away. He knew I was just doing some research and test driving. He listened to what I needed and gave me some great suggestions. Even though I didn’t end up with Genesis, Rob was really helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. The manager was also really nice and didn’t pressure me in any way, which made me feel better about my decision.
